About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Candidates without ACLS and BLS will not be considered for the role. Description: This position is for a Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Tech. Shifts are scheduled from 06:30 to 15:00. Call requirements include being on call 10-12 days per month. The unit has 8 beds and a staff of 10 members. The team consists of 4 RNs and 3 cardiovascular techs. Typical patient ratios are maintained to ensure quality care. The lab performs procedures including cardiac catheterizations, PCI, and peripheral procedures. Additional procedures include pacemaker and defibrillator implants. Candidates must be team players to ensure effective collaboration. The dress code requires scrub color to be ceil blue. Unit guidelines and policies are in place to maintain standards. This role offers exposure to new equipment and technology. The tenure and experience of staff create a supportive work environment.
