What You'll Do

Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for adult patients with diverse mental health disorders
Manage medication plans, including pharmacotherapy and involuntary commitments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting 99 beds across the facility
Document patient care using Wellsky EMR
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need

Required:

Current Delaware medical license or eligibility
BLS certification
Experience with inpatient psychiatric treatment, including involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy

Preferred:

Experience with anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, trauma-related, or substance use disorders
Familiarity with inpatient psychiatric settings
