Retail Lead Associate - Fast-Paced Mission-Driven Store Lead

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring a Lead Associate for our Sylva, NC store. This on-site role requires strong leadership, customer service, and cash handling skills. You will manage store operations, coordinate opening/closing tasks, and assist Donation processing in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay of $16.50 USD, and the opportunity to contribute to community employment services through Goodwill's nationwide mission.
