Front Desk Associate

Position Front Desk Manager at San Marcos Embassy Suites, San Marcos, TX. Full time. Compensation range: $16.00 per hour. The role includes overseeing front desk operations and serving as a problem solver for guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy and warmth. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Facilitate daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining lobby readiness. Qualifications Customer service experience. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy and able to use hotel systems with confidence.
