We are currently seeking an Executive Functioning Skills Tutor/Coach to support students in the Ridgewood area. The ideal candidate will have experience helping students strengthen their organizational skills, time management, study strategies, and overall academic independence. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with students to improve executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, prioritization, and task initiation. Support students with building study habits, note-taking strategies, and homework completion routines. Collaborate with families and our team to provide consistent feedback and progress updates. Customize approaches to meet the needs of students with ADHD, learning differences, or other executive functioning challenges. Qualifications Background in education, special education, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred. Experience working with students on executive functioning and academic coaching strategies. Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
