Identify Physical Therapy diagnosis and prognosis to direct appropriate plan of care for each client/student. Implement effective procedural (direct) interventions based on assessment results. Provide coordination, communication, and documentation to support the client/student’s functional outcomes and program needs. Perform client/student related instruction to support functional outcomes and program needs. Provide consultative services within the organization and/or to outside agencies regarding environmental and/or service provision issues. Participate in educational programs intended to enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies of others. Perform transdisciplinary roles to optimize client/student carry‑over of functional outcomes and program needs. Participate in department duties and responsibilities necessary to provide effective and efficient services. Participate in training and studies to enhance knowledge base in the specialty practice of Pediatrics and Developmental Disabilities. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university required. New Jersey Physical Therapy License required. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience required. Employment Type Full‑Time Location NJ, Peapack Salary The salary range for this position is $79,059.00 – $95,762.00 annually. The range is a good‑faith determination of potential base compensation and may be modified in the future.
