If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, SharePoint Support and Adoption to join our Digital Nexus organization.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, advising site owners and content managers on optimizing SharePoint Online page configurations, lists, libraries, and web partsSupport stakeholders in structuring, organizing, and presenting portal content to maximize usability, discoverability, and alignment with content management best practicesTrack the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Message Center, and external product channels to proactively identify upcoming features and assess their relevance to the US One IntranetConduct hands-on testing and validation of new SharePoint features and integrations, evaluating potential risks, limitations, and impacts on existing governance and user experiencesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical instructional content, guidance pages, and best-practice documentation for the broader organizationProactively identify training gaps, establish governance standards, and implement monitoring procedures to ensure the long-term integrity and security of intranet sitesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience managing SharePoint Online, including expert-level knowledge of pages, web parts, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and content management best practicesBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or information systems is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; or equivalent of five years of working experience supporting business users in a customer-facing rolePrior experience supporting enterprise-grade intranets or digital workplaces, with preferred knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Forms, and M365 Copilot/Agents preferredExperience in hands-on testing, validating, and evaluating new software features and user experiences, driven by a natural curiosity to learn and leverage emerging technologiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the unique ability to connect business needs to technology, content strategy, and governanceApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
