Position Highlights & Practice Details:

• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with a dedicated half-day off each week.
• Patient Volume: 25-30 patients per day with manageable appointment templates (30 min new patients, 15 min well-checks, 10 min rechecks).
• 220,000 - 250,000 base salary (based on experience) with annual "cost of living" salary review, plus bonus potential
• No Inpatient / Delivery Obligations: NO C-sections, high-risk deliveries, or acute inpatient admissions. Inpatient pediatric care is fully managed by dedicated hospitalist teams, and full neonatology coverage is on-site at local hospitals.
• Nursery Duties: Light routine well-baby newborn rounding only across two local community hospitals (average 2-3 babies per day).
• Call Schedule: Rotated call schedule with modern phone-triage systems in place to minimize overnight call volume.
• Visa Candidates: Full support available for J-1 and H-1B waiver candidates
• Culture & Retention: Work alongside long-tenured staff and physicians in an independent, consensus-driven democracy where every provider's voice matters.
