P-Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Salary Range: $42-45 per hour Job Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $42-45 per hour, working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation. Please note that we are unable to accept new graduates for this position. "This facility is dedicated to providing quality care to all residents in both the short-term and LTC units. We get a good mix of short-term and long-term patients to provide therapy to. Our rehab department helps their patients have successful outcomes, and better prepares our short term patients for discharges back into the community" Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address communication and swallowing disorders Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Current state license or eligibility for state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices in speech language pathology #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
