• Manage the brand's social media profiles, including new profile creation and maintenance (address changes and other info) and support tickets

• Create social listening reports, respond to customer comments with message templates, and identifyidentified social media crises.

• Adhere to internal security policies, including the Social Media Policy.

• Email Account management, such as user creation and management, assets uploads, deactivations, etc.

• Email Marketing System customer service and ticket management

• Create and manage other digital accounts as needed

• Create, request, and organize all marketing creative assets

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a part-time schedule.
