Production Coordinator

This is a Full Time position in the field of Commercial, Corporate, & Pro Video Production , located in Los Angeles, CA . The position pays $750.00 — $800.00 per week . We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful Production Coordinator to support our growing slate of projects. This role is central to keeping productions running smoothly - from coordinating crews across the country to helping source talent and ensuring clear communication between clients and our internal post‑production team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and fulfill crew requests for shoots nationwide, including sourcing, booking, and logistics Create and distribute production documents (call sheets, schedules, etc.) Research, vet, and book talent for various FAST channels Assist with QCing podcast edits Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure audio/video podcast content meets platform requirements Serve as a communication bridge between clients and our in‑house post‑production team to keep projects on track Assist producers with day‑to‑day tasks and production needs as they arise Maintain organized records of bookings, contacts, and project details Support basic budget tracking, invoices, and expenses Experience 1-3 years of experience in production coordination or similar role Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience booking crew and/or talent is a plus Familiarity with post‑production workflow is a bonus Understanding of captions and transcripts is preferred About Pitch 5 Productions We provide end-to-end production and post‑production services across commercials, branded content, podcasts, social media and FAST channels.
