About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its behavioral health division. The successful candidate will be a visionary, mission-driven leader with a passion for transforming the lives of children and adolescents in need of specialized psychiatric and developmental disability services. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and executing a strategic vision that drives exceptional clinical outcomes, leading a multidisciplinary team in providing compassionate, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational, financial, and regulatory excellence, building strong relationships with various stakeholders, and championing educational achievement as a critical component of treatment and recovery. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in senior leadership or a CEO role within a behavioral health, acute care, or related environment. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in facility administration, clinical operations, and a strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing mental health and addiction treatment. The ideal CEO will be a transformational leader with strong financial acumen, a history of developing high-performing teams, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
