Position Details Role: Full-Time Hematologist Oncologist Team: Join 8 existing Hem/Onc physicians Location: Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Cancer Center, Tallahassee, FL Facility: Built in 2011, currently expanding to offer more services to North Florida Join the future of medicine as we move forward with an academic health partnership with Florida State University. Clinical Environment Multidisciplinary Care: Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Gynecologic Oncology all in one building Support Services: On-site lab, pharmacy, and infusion suite Patient navigators, social workers, and registered dietitians Weekly Breast and Thoracic Clinics for collaborative case reviews Compensation & Benefits RVU-Based Pay: No cap on earnings Flexible Schedule: Designed for work-life balance Insurance: Health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability Retirement Plans: 403(b) and 457(b) Professional Development: CME, license, and certification costs covered Academic and teaching opportunities available This position blends the best of both worlds: the academic rigor and resources of a university system with the community-focused mission of a not-for-profit hospital.
