Patient Service Representative I (PART TIME)
Job Type: PART TIME | MondayFriday | 16-24 hours per week Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Description
Urologic Consultants is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to join our Grand Rapids office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical office and providing excellent patient service in a team-oriented environment.
Schedule
MondayFriday | 16-24 hours per week Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:45 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Patient registration and check-in/check-out
- Appointment scheduling
- Insurance verification
- Supporting front desk and daily clinic flow
- Maintaining accurate patient records
What We're Looking For
- Medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable team player
