IP Admin Senior Analyst (Trademark Docketing)

We are seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst (Trademark Docketing) to join our US IP Admin Team within the Service Operations group at Clarivate. Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience 1+ year of trademark docketing experience Experience with IP Docketing/Database Systems (e.g., FoundationIP or similar) Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel 2+ years of experience with FoundationIP, Memotech, or IPFolio U.S. and foreign patent docketing, filing & prosecution experience A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a plus Responsibilities Monitor and manage a high-volume shared docketing inbox, prioritizing and processing incoming requests across multiple matter types Docket and maintain deadlines for trademark applications, oppositions, cancellations, litigation matters, and foreign filings Analyze correspondence to identify critical deadlines and ensure accurate docket entry Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding case status, deadlines, and required actions Process incoming and outgoing communications within IP management systems Prioritize and execute docketing/de-docketing requests in accordance with SLAs Maintain accurate and complete records, including document management and file updates Support complex trademark workflows, including opposition and litigation-related docketing Assist with performing quality checks Develop and maintain knowledge of U.S. and international trademark procedures, including contested matters Work Arrangements Full-Time, permanent position. Hybrid work model: 2-3 days per week in a U.S. office; applicants from all U.S. states welcome. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 USD per year, eligible for bonus earnings.
