IM, GeriatricsEmployment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting Base: $250,000 (New Graduates) Up to $295,000 (Experienced Physicians) Annual Incentive Bonus: $45,000 – $85,000 (Achievable Metrics) Call: Minimal Malpractice: Occurrence-Based Coverage Comprehensive Benefits Package IncludedShe Recruits is representing multiple Primary Care Physician opportunities within a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes, coordinated services, and team-driven patient engagement.These roles are ideal for physicians who are technologically savvy, outcome-focused, and interested in practicing in a structured, supportive environment where quality metrics directly translate to meaningful bonus compensation.Position OverviewThe Primary Care Physician (PCP) provides comprehensive, high-quality care within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on value-based outcomes.Physicians are supported by care teams and quality-based coders to ensure strong documentation, coordinated services, and efficient workflows — allowing providers to focus on meaningful patient interactions.This is a structured model with minimal call requirements and clearly defined quality metrics tied to bonus compensation.Key Responsibilities• Deliver high-quality primary care aligned with clinical standards • Coordinate comprehensive patient services, including specialist referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment, and home health services • Participate in daily care team huddles • Collaborate closely with Lead Physician and Center Administrator • Complete daily medical record documentation • Work alongside quality-based coders for accurate and comprehensive documentation • Adhere to clinical leadership policies and protocols • Review quality and outcome data regularly with leadership • Focus on direct patient care and related administrative responsibilitiesRequired Qualifications• MD or DO from an accredited program • Active and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain in state of practice) • Willingness to obtain regional state licensure as needed • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred) • Active and unrestricted DEA license • Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to a team-based care model • Willingness to adapt to a value-based care environment • Basic computer and EMR proficiency • TB screening required upon selectionPreferred Experience• HEDIS / STARS / CAHPS / HOS knowledge • Medicare Advantage Global Risk Model experience • Experience in medically underserved or culturally diverse communities • Familiarity with electronic health records • Comfort working within value-based reimbursement modelsCompensation & Benefits• Guaranteed base salary • Achievable incentive bonuses ($45K–$85K annually) • Comprehensive health benefits (effective first of month after start) • CME allowance and dedicated time off • Occurrence-based malpractice insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life insurance • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Paid time off and holidays • Minimal call requirementsIdeal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for a physician who: • Is comfortable in a value-based care environment • Understands quality metrics and documentation accuracy • Is technologically competent and open to workflow integration • Thrives in team-based, coordinated care settings • Wants predictable income with strong incentive upside
