Pay

$45~$60 per hour

Salary Details

- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

• Basic life support
• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Dexis
• Driver’s license
• Eaglesoft
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Job Description

Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments
Take and process dental X-rays, maintaining accurate patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions
Assist the dentist with patient assessments and treatment planning
Ensure patient comfort and promote a positive clinical experience
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and work areas in compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM; Closed: Friday
- Breaks: 15 minute break offered undeducted from pay. 30 minute break optional while clocked out.
- Will be working alongside a dentist hygiene assistant if working a 2-schedule work load; Will work independently if working an individual work load.
