As a Pasteurizer Operator, you'll be trusted with one of the most critical functions in the facility: ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. You'll operate and monitor HTST systems, oversee key production processes, and help maintain the quality standards consumers depend on every day.

Pasteurizer Operator Duties:

• Monitor dairy production processes and follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching, processing, and pasteurization
• Operate, clean, and maintain HTST equipment including CIP procedures, with a focus on maximizing throughput and minimizing downtime
• Track and document fats, total solids, allergens, and critical control point records in compliance with federal, state, and company requirements
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain 5S standards for all work areas 
• Report food safety concerns, equipment issues, and production problems to management immediately

Schedule:   Monday through Friday

• Swing Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm)
• Grave Shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Pay: $28.92 - $38.56/hr DOE

Pasteurizer Operator Requirements:

• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and GMP practices
• Ability to read, follow, and accurately document recipes, measurements, and instructions
• Physical ability to stand and walk for the full shift and lift or move heavy objects
• Availability to work the assigned shift, including overtime or weekends as needed
