Key member of the NAM Supply Chain team, the Junior Buyer is responsible for maximizing business efficiency through the effective management of stock ordering, inventory levels, and plan to pay processes. The key objective of this position is to perform a critical role in verification of stock orders, sourcing stock availability, placing orders, receipting orders, coordinating inbound transportation, as well as assisting throughout the reverse logistics process. This role has a heavy focus on inbound operations across NAM warehouses, ensuring inventory is received on time and working closely with the Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities: • P urchase Order Execution: Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders in line with planning requirements, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and provide regular updates on ETAs and stock availability to internal stakeholders. • Inbound Logistics Support: Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, logistics partners, and Global Shared Services to ensure timely receipt of goods into warehouses. • Inventory & Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate system data (order status, delivery dates, inventory updates) and support inventory integrity through routine checks and issue identification. • Operational Support & Issue Escalation : Identify and escalate supplier or delivery issues (e.g., delays, quality concerns) to Supply Planner, Sourcing, or Quality teams for resolution. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Supply Planning, Logistics, and Deployment teams in day-to-day operations, including facilitating returns from the field and contributing to process improvements and S&OP activities. Qualifications: • 1-2 years' experience in a similar or supply chain role, with exposure to planning or inventory management preferred • Understanding of supply chain procedures

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
