Uloop Inc. seeks an HR Assistant to provide support across HR activities from onboarding to policy administration. This Miami-based, onsite role requires daily interaction with employees and managers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining onboarding folders, updating HR records and I-9/E-Verify processes, coordinating calendars and events, and supporting the HR Director with reports and compliance tasks.
