A national Primary Care Company with clinics in Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, personalized healthcare to the Senior population in Fort Myers .

Clinic Location: Fort Myers, FL

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
• Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
• Average 15 patients/day
• Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active state medical license-MD or DO
• Board certified/eligible Internal or Family Medicine
• Geriatric Fellows welcome
