We are a fast-paced, full-service, exciting restaurant concept that is booming with growth opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager looking to make their mark as a leader in a fun environment that promotes individualism and offers that with a great quality of life!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Coaching and developing the team.
  • Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
  • Motivating the team through thick and thin
  • Good career tenure.
  • 3 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
  • Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
  • Knowledge of budget management and financials.
  • FOH & BOH Experience is a plus
