Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on job sites
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members
Required Skills:
- Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of pre-construction processes, change orders, and scope development
- Strong project management skills with a focus on construction supervision
- Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, and construction documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with tenant improvements and multi-family construction
- Familiarity with construction management software
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
