The position follows a structured leadership development path with mentorship and clear expectations, designed to build on prior experience and immerse leaders in the Chick-fil-A business. By around month six, this role is positioned to step fully into leadership and begin making a meaningful impact, with long-term growth and opportunity Your Impact Coaching and developing Shift Leaders to confidently run high-performing shifts Managing a team of 20+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand-offs and seamless guest experiences What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience developing and leading teams Experience leading teams of 20+ team members Open availability (45-hour standard work week) Coach-player leadership mentality Passion for hospitality and people development Strong alignment with Chick-fil-A's values Desire for long-term growth within a Chick-fil-A organization APPLY NOW and you will be contacted ASAP.
