Join our dynamic team as a Barista! As a Barista, you will have the chance to interact with customers and provide excellent service while handling transactions and preparing drinks. Joining our team as a Barista, you will have the opportunity to be the face of our organization, welcoming customers with a friendly smile and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

This role allows you to showcase your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as you assist guests with orders and resolve any issues that may arise. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BARISTA

The Barista is responsible for serving our products with friendly, hospitable, professional, and
individualized attention for each customer according to our Service Standards. Take orders,
prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to customer
specifications. Responsible for providing information about our products; operating cash
registers and POS systems; maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the working area.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent listening skills
• Outstanding customer focus and customer service
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Able to work overtime, as needed.
