Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Ordering & Product Specialist to join our Ordering Team at Energy Workers Medical Services (EWMS).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing product orders and supporting patients and providers. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge to ensure our clients receive the best medical equipment solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and case managers regarding customer orders
• Provide specialized guidance on product offerings, including mobility, respiratory, and other home medical equipment
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment based on medical needs and accepted diagnostic codes
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Track orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and resolve order or equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
• Maintain accurate records of orders and correspondence
• Contribute to a positive and efficient patient experience through proactive communication and follow-up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
