- Prior insurance defense and/or workers compensation litigation experience
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution
- Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
- Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients
- Negotiate settlements
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated workers compensation experience
- Proven ability to manage workers compensation caseloads
