Hello, My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Inventory Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Memphis, TN. Details of the position are as follows: Job Description: Lead daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy using SAP Supervise a team of 4 direct reports (1 Inventory Coordinator, 3 Forklift Operators) Oversee shipping and receiving functions Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and organization of inventory records Promote a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement Collaborate with warehouse leadership on transformation efforts underway in 2025 Support warehouse operations with a focus on early-morning productivity Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: $70,000–$75,000 5% Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations SAP experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills People leadership experience highly preferred Ability to motivate, develop, and work alongside hourly team members Willingness to start at 4:00 AM and lead by example If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this post with your resume attached .
