Job Details: Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, and willingness to work rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and related obstetric nursing specialties Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: The unit follows American Women's Hospital Nurses Organization (AWHONN) staffing guidelines, including nurse-to-patient ratios for various obstetric scenarios such as active labor, cervical ripening, high-risk medication administration, and postpartum care.
