Senior Accountant

Fox Ridge Capital is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the monthly accounting close and strengthen the Company\'s accounting operations. This role prepares journal entries, performs balance sheet reconciliations, and partners with the Financial Operations team on process and systems improvements. We are looking for a technology-solutions-oriented accountant who is comfortable working across finance systems to drive accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and record journal entries and support the monthly close process. Process trade and vendor payables activity Perform (and automate) bank account reconciliations Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. Prepare supporting schedules and analyses for month-end close and reporting. Support month end close process Assist with accruals, statistical accounts, and non-financial reporting metrics. Oversee third party management of licensing and sales, use and property tax administration Support process improvement and automation initiatives across accounting systems. Partner with Financial Operations, FP&A, and Executive Management on ad hoc analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA a plus. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities. Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Salesforce, Rippling, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a significant plus. Experience with process automation and systems integration. Public accounting or specialty finance/leasing industry experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
