Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role based in Miami, FL. The Elementary School Teacher will plan and deliver standards-based lessons across core subjects, using age-appropriate instructional strategies that support diverse learning styles. Responsibilities include designing and implementing daily lesson plans, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely feedback to students and families. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, social-emotional learning, and classroom safety. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning, participating in school events and meetings, communicating regularly with caregivers or guardians, and following school policies and state education standards.

Qualifications

Foundation

• in Teaching and Elementary Education, with teaching experience supporting diverse learners in an inclusive classroom.
• Skills in Curriculum Development and Education, including the ability to plan standards-based lessons and adapt instruction to student needs.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a professional school setting.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills, commitment to student safety and well-being, and ability to integrate technology into instruction.
• Experience with differentiated instruction, English language learners, or special education support is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and engage in ongoing professional development.
