Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery units.
• Monitor patient condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Execute care plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Utilize electronic medical records systems for documentation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and safety standards in the clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with a minimum of 1-year acute care hospital L&D experience.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or AWHONN.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR and monitoring equipment a plus.
• Ability to perform common procedures including deliveries and c-sections.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to work independently.
• Proficient in patient assessment and critical thinking.
