We especially welcome applicants with prior retail, restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience. Must be available mornings, evenings and weekends. Full and Part Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash registers and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Answer phones and assist with guest orders
• Use computers and online ordering systems
• Assist with packaging and presenting cake orders
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and stocked
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience required
• Comfortable handling money and balancing transactions
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during a shift
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Detail oriented with the ability to read tickets
