About The Job

We are looking for a dependable Mobile Fleet Diesel Technician to perform on-site Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, DOT Inspections, and Repairs for commercial fleet customers throughout the Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and Mid-Cities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in keeping customers' fleets on the road. Every day brings a new challenge, a different location, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Typical Work Includes

· Preventive Maintenance, Roadside Service, Fleet Maintenance, and DOT Inspections

· Diagnostics, Troubleshooting and Repairs

· Brakes, No-Starts, Electrical, and General Repairs

· Service Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Gas & Diesel Vehicles

· Communication with Customers, Complete Digital Work Orders, and Job Documentation

· Maintain a Clean, Organized, and Well-Stocked Service Truck

· Follow All DOT, OSHA, and Company Safety Standards

Schedule

· Full Time and Overtime Opportunities

· Weekend Work as Business Needs Require

· Occasional After-Hours Emergency Service Calls

What We Are Looking For

· 5+ Years of Diesel/Fleet Maintenance Experience Preferred

· Strong Diesel, Mechanical, and Diagnostic Experience

· Experience Using OEM and Aftermarket Diagnostic Software and Scan Tools

· Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record

· Self-Motivated, Able to Work Independently, and a Problem Solver

· Professional Communicator, You Are the Face of DuraFleet in the Field

· Pride in Your Work and Commitment Doing the Job Right

· Must Provide Your Own Basic Hand Tools

Bonus Experience

· ASE Certifications and CDL

· Previous Fleet Maintenance Experience
