Senior Living Operations Director (AL/IL) - Remote
Medrina Completes Fourth Acquisition: Radial Health
Medrina is seeking a Director of Assisted Living & Independent Living Operations to spearhead the growth and operational management of AL/IL services. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating with clinical leadership and compliance teams to design scalable care models across multiple markets.
Responsibilities include developing care delivery models, managing EHR workflows, regulatory adherence, and revenue-cycle optimization.
