• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in food handling.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage in promotional activities to highlight new and seasonal products.
• Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous bakery experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Food handler’s certification is a plus.
• Passion for baking and a commitment to quality.
