Quality Assurance Specialist

What You’ll Do Quality & Content Evaluation Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all content quality standards, guiding the team to meet top-tier accuracy goals. Review and evaluate a wide range of content types—text, audio, video, and images—with clear, well-documented reasoning. Lead or participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency and alignment across teams. Manage multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality work that meets customer expectations and KPIs. Analysis & Process Improvement Build and maintain high-quality, unbiased datasets for model evaluation and performance tracking. Translate complex product goals into clear, actionable labeling guidelines . Investigate and resolve quality issues quickly, identifying root causes and sharing practical insights with engineering and product teams. Partner with Leads and Managers to enhance QA processes and implement data-driven improvements. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. Experience creating or applying labeling guidelines and maintaining consistency across data sources. Proven ability to connect data quality to product performance and business results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , able to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively. A self-starter mindset — organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able and willing to commute to the office Monday - Friday for your shift. There are no remote or hybrid options available for this role.
