You will handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour , with opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability will be eligible for a $1.00 pay increase after 6 months , and an additional $1.00 increase after 1 year based on a positive performance review. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a positive attitude. Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling. Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction. Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently. Dispatch service technicians and communicate job details. Adjust schedules to accommodate emergencies and urgent requests. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Process service orders and complete necessary paperwork. Manage and update customer database with current information. Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and escalat to supervisors when necessary. Provide support to field technicians and assist with problem resolution.
