Order Fulfillment Associate - Job Description
Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order specifications
- Prepare and label packages for shipping
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects
- Use warehouse equipment such as RF scanners or handheld devices
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
