The Role: Oversees all warehouse operations for durable medical equipment (DME), ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipping and receiving, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing delivery or logistics teams. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; DOT card or ability to obtain. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist with DME equipment as needed (up to 50lbs) What You’ll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, distribution, and shipping of DME products. Ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock rotation, and proper storage of all equipment. Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency. Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff. Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate with delivery drivers and service teams to maintain efficient routes and schedules. Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or delayed shipments. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders to prevent stockouts or overstock. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
