You'll respond to urgent patient needs and complete evening/weekend admissions, helping families navigate critical moments with reassurance and expertise. This unique 7 days on/7 days off overnight schedule offers both flexibility and fulfillment, allowing for meaningful impact while balancing work and life.If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse who values meaningful patient connections and autonomy in your practice, we’d love to meet you.Registered Nurse On-Call Requirements & Responsibilities:Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferredCurrent RN license in state of practice and CPR certificationRespond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updatesDevelop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregiversMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communicationMust have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insuranceBenefits & Schedule:Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Monday-Thursday 5:00pm–8:00am and Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AMHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceCompany-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance401(k) with up to 4% company matchTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesPaid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
