About the Role
Join a cross-functional team working alongside forward-deployed engineers to turn complex operational challenges into practical AI projects. You will build trusted client relationships, understand how work happens on the ground, and help shape solutions for traditional industries.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with clients to understand and map supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and other operational processes.
Identify and prioritize use cases, define requirements, and design solutions for complex enterprise problems.
Translate business needs into clear technical deliverables and realistic plans in partnership with engineering teams.
Align stakeholders, manage project scope, and address changing needs across client engagements.
Use APIs, data operations, and basic analytics to keep projects moving without relying on production coding.
What We're Looking For
Experience in the 0 to 5 year range in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, defense, life sciences, or related consulting.
Strong problem-solving ability, supported by a quantitative background, academic achievement, or standout consulting work.
Comfort with APIs, data operations, and basic analytics; production coding is not required.
Experience scoping use cases, designing enterprise solutions, managing client relationships, aligning stakeholders, and controlling scope.
Interest in AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, voice AI, vision models, APIs, and data analytics.
Adaptability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and willingness to travel extensively or work at client sites.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $125,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Remote within the United States, with Chicago, Illinois as the primary location. Extensive travel and work at client sites may be required.
