Cheese manufacturer in Corfu, NY is looking for several packaging and process technicians to join their team!

1st shift hours - 5am-2:30pm Mon-Fri

2nd shift hours - 2pm-12:30am Mon-Fri

Pay starts at $17.50 + differential

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension
• Reliable work ethic with a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred

JOB DUTIES:

• Package cheese products accurately and efficiently in compliance with established packaging specifications
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and quality
• Maintain consistent production flow while upholding quality standards
• Monitor packaged products for defects and report quality concerns to supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other packaging or production areas as needed
• Support a team-oriented work environment through effective communication and cooperation
