Required Experience 2+ years managing the social media content strategy across multiple channels 2+ years building a community and managing a team of moderators/admins Experience creating content for channels including Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Experience engaging users on community channels like Discord and Telegram Ability to evaluate campaign performance and make appropriate recommendations based on what worked and what didn t Proactively engage social media users and monitor VIMworld conversations Experience implementing user growth strategies Experience working with social media influencers and managing content partnerships Experience working in a startup environment with a distributed team Bonus Points Experience working across timezones Understanding of cryptocurrency, NFTs and blockchain technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
