Wound Care AP Provider (PA/NP) - Day Shift, In/Outpatient

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Healogics Wound Care team in a full-time role. The position includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient care with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule at CDH and Marianjoy. The role requires a Master’s degree (Nursing APRN or PA), acute care certification, and a current Illinois APRN/PA license. Inpatient experience may substitute for acute care certification.
