The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4.

Compensation:

• $10,000 Sign On Bonus - Limited Time!!
• $1.12 - $2.85 CPM
• +$.10CPM pay increase in effect July 2026
• Effective July 2026: $1.17 - $2.90
• Additional raise of $.05 CPM in Q4
• $1,500 per driver, $3,000 minimum per truck per week
• Sliding scale based on the length of the load
• Earn $.10/mile Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Incentive
• $800 Orientation Completion Pay
• Breakdown pay/Layover pay
