Work today, get paid today!Monthly Celebrations and recognitionsMedical, Vision and Dental InsuranceQuarterly Attendance Bonus ProgramHousekeeper Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Housekeeper will provide a full range of housekeeping services to maintain the grounds, furnishings, equipment and facility.Housekeeper Essential FunctionsHousekeepers will follow established housekeeping guidelines and quality assurance standardsMaintain cleaning schedules for assigned areaCoordinating routine/terminal isolation procedures with Nursing ServicesMaintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies and procedures and following the established safety procedures and precautionsHousekeepers will report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor immediatelyHonoring the residents' personal and property rightsFiling complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashionHousekeeper QualificationsHousekeeper must have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective housekeeping practices within the State of IndianaHave the ability to be a team player to partner with other departmentsA high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
