  • At least 2–3 years of experience in eDiscovery or forensic data collection in a legal or government environment.
  • Hands-on experience with forensic imaging, data acquisition, metadata, legal holds, and chain-of-custody procedures.
  • Experience with forensic tools such as FTK Imager, EnCase, Magnet AXIOM, Cellebrite UFED/Physical Analyzer, GrayKey, or Oxygen Forensics.
  • Working knowledge of iCONECT or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forensic certification such as CCO/CCPA, EnCE, GCFE, CCE, or CFCE.
  • Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or equivalent credential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 collections, and legal hold management.
