Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Civil and Probate Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative litigation practice with offices in Torrance and Orange County. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of civil litigation and trust and estate disputes within a trial-oriented environment that values thoughtful strategy, strong writing, and professional growth.

The attorney will take ownership of meaningful case segments while working alongside experienced litigators. Responsibilities include drafting dispositive and nondispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in trial preparation. The practice includes general liability defense, professional liability, business disputes, and probate litigation involving will contests, fiduciary claims, and administration disputes. Client interaction and strategic input are expected.

The platform provides mentorship, accessible leadership, and a collaborative team dynamic. Attorneys are encouraged to develop litigation strategy, refine advocacy skills, and build courtroom experience. Workflow is steady, matters are substantive, and the environment supports both independence and team coordination. Hybrid flexibility allows remote work with in-office presence for hearings, collaboration, and training.

Compensation includes a base salary starting at $150,000- $210,000 depending on experience. Bonus eligibility is tied to performance and billable contribution.
