Maintenance Technician

As a maintenance technician you will play a critical role in keeping production operations running smoothly. Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Install, modify, and maintain conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and related production machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and control systems.
• Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and building repairs.

Qualifications:

• Prior professional work experience as a maintenance technician
• High mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery
• Welding and fabrication skills/knowledge would be a plus

Compensation:

• $28-$34/HR
• Overtime is available on a consistent basis
• This position offers a 4 day work week

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Girard, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
